Yep. I think maybe he didn't want to videotape the deposition so that Sneddon can't go back and tell what he testifed to under oath to the other folk. At least when you're live on the stand, you don't know what questions are going to be asked and you don't know to what extent you went to, to answer the question.

If he videotaped it, he can say 'ok this is what I said under oath'. They can always plan what to say beforehand, but once it's under oath, it's under oath and that's it. Sneddon could have run his ass back to his other co-conspirators (LOL) and said 'ok! we have to change the story! this is what I said under oath'. Ya know. I don't put anything past that loser.

That's precisely why i didn't want videotaped testimony because I want Sneddon to really feel the pressure and know that he would not be in the position he'd be in if he exercised a lot more common sense and a lot less salivating over phucking Jackson over. I predict he'll raise a lot of eyebrows on the stand. Why? Well for one: Sneddon is a horrible orator. He'll express himself about as good as a wet dishrag...And # 2: How is he going to LOGICALLY explain that he didn't know the relation of Brad Miller before sledgehammering his office? There's evidence that says otherwise. I'd like to read his explaination on that....I'll probably laugh mighty hard afterwards.

I also predict TMez won't have to say much...

Hey Hey, This is Dara formerly known as BabyGirl24. I just want to left a brief comment and ask Who's the real devil?! Was at another MJ Forum and during the grand jury the accuser's mother called Michael the devil and Sneddon let her said that during her testmony in the front grand jury. I hope TMez tear him up on the stand because basher might be going down. He probably knows he's in hot water and like Whisper said, the press is ignoring all this infomation about the DA Office background. Sneddon is going to testify about the raid carried out on Private Investigator Brad Miller.
He has contended he was not aware that Brad was a client of Mark Geragos, not Michael's...therefore he feels his warrant/raid was justified. He's a lying fool.

The actions demonstrated is not of a DA who follows the rule books. He clearly violated the "attorney/client privilege" between Miller and Geragos by raiding his office; this should have nothing to do with Michael. Sneddon should know this. I find it hard to believe he's THAT incompetant.
