How do you get the finished blend to look so ummm.... "Shiny"? lol Look at this one: Its so tame. But the one in my signature is shiny, you know what I mean? Sometimes it gets tame and sometimes shiny. Why is that? Hope you can help me!

One of them is from the movie Once upon a time in Mexico :wink But I didnt get that satisfyed with his chin, its to big.... And the other one i copied from an artist named Joani or something.
