30 seconds double-posting error

I tend to get the following error message quite often:

1. This forum requires that you wait 30 seconds between posts. Please try again in 15 seconds.

I get this even though I am not posting every 30 seconds. I get this hours and hours after my last post. I don't think I have ever tried to post within 30 seconds of the last post.

Yeah that's happened to me too. I never really questioned it because I was never really 100% certain if it was just me an my quick fingers clicking reply twice.

Everytime I click reply. I don't double click.

It happens to me ALL THE FREAKING TIME. And I get a lot of double posts, and I get that one about posting the exact same message more than once within the last 5 minutes.
