God it's been over a week and I'm going crazy! I just want this case to be thrown out and done with so Michael can get on with his life.

Some on MJJF say they aren't sure, but I think it was denied. I wasn't expecting it to be overturned..and I hope we didn't get our hopes up high.
One fan says they heard somewhere it was..and everyone starts antisipating it highly.
Shame. This thing will be tried in court!

Shame. This thing will be tried in court!For the record, it remains unclear as to what the appeals court decided just yet on all of the pending appeals. Wait for some clarity or some info from a "source" before we go crying 'boo-hoo'.

Oh whatever! I wouldn't be surprised if it was denied. I now expect the worst from everything in this case and I'm not getting my hopes up about anything, not even the final decision... I'm sick of hearing about all this BS.
