I am not implying anything with the bloody underwear, i am just saying what i saw on this website (the link is in the beginning of the thread) everything else is true (the mags and so on) and then there is the bloody underwear in it. I do find it strange that Michael kept soiled diapers that is disgusting come on! i hope it ain't true. Who know s what latoya said during that time is true or false...she was a confused girl as hell back then.
It is hard to judge because, i know for me, that you read things and it looks so bad and then you see the actual fact and then it is not so bad. I guess i am influencable by the media whether i want to admit it or not (which is even scarier cause i don't read magazines but when i read articles about Michael in forums). You do expect them to tell the truth. This whole case is mainly about hysteria!! like the testimony of Bianca francia she panicked because everybody was saying that Michael was a pedophile and though of her son who spent time with Michael then sent him to Stan katz and then the deposition with the cops who are not interviewing him properly and then you have a second victim...

Everybody is. In the first allegation, it's so hard to know what is true and what is not.

I have this document stored on my computer. As I said earlier I have done a lot of research on these cases. If you guys can point out to me where it mentions bloody underwear I would appreciate it because I don't see it. As for the stained sheets I don't know if any of your are familiar with forensics, but just because something looks like blood does not mean that is it blood. The only reference I see to underwear is underwear that appeared to have been worn, but was washed. No mention of bloody underwear.
The thing I find most interesting about these documents is that they show that Michael was completely unorganized! He appears to have important paperwork all over the house. It's a wonder he could ever find anything.
While it is true that pedophiles use porn to "groom" their victims the mere owning of porn does not prove anything. If this was the case then I'm sure that a giant chunk of the male (and female) population should be considered pedophiles.

Seriously I had to stop myself because it was all so lurid. Everytime I read sometime I feel like I need a shower, use the bathroom, or have a strong drink. Well think about it...Jordan could face legal action (by the family or the authorities) then he also has to worry about angry fans seeking retribution. It would open a giant can of worms for him. I don't blame Jordan in the slightest. he was manipulated by his father.
I do believe that sodium amytal was used. Evan Chandler admitted that he used it on Jordan for medical purposes.

Sodium amytal is the perfect drug for inducing false memories. So yes it's entirely possible that Jordan actually believes that Michael molested him.

If Jordan wanted the truth out he would have testify in 2005. For whatever reason he didn't want and I don't think he will speak to the press, at least not in the near future.

Yeah, he would have testified in 2005. However, I believe we haven't hear the last of JC, and now that MJ is dead more people than ever are interested in this case. Whenever, persons want to say Mike was a pedophile this is the case they refer to more than the Arvizo because this is the case with only the prosecution evidence in the public. Or maybe JC remained quiet because he doesn't want to do any more damage to MJ's reputation.
