Michael Jackson's family have issued a warning to Debbie Rowe over child custody.

The King of Pop's brothers say they will fight his ex-wife if she ever considers taking custody of her two children. According to various reports, the former nurse is concerned about the welfare of Prince and Paris in the Jackson's custody and is planning on filing court papers to take them under her care.

However, the children's uncles, Tito, Randy, Jermaine and Jackie insist Rowe has no right to take the kids away from their care after agreeing to give Michael full custody of them for an alleged cash pay-out in 1999.

In a statement issues to TMZ, they said: "(The children) are well loved and well taken care of. We are quite taken back (sic) that Ms. Rowe has decided now to enter their lives, after she abandoned her children many years ago for money. Our only desire is to see our niece and nephews continue to go on with happy, healthy and safe lives. We will do everything and anything with in our power to help make that happen."

Meanwhile, a song on the posthumous Michael Jackson album tells the story of an abused 12-year-old who runs away from home and turns to prostitution. Titled 'Do You Know Where Your Children Are?', the track is one of eight unreleased songs to feature on 'Xscape', which is due in May.
