THE COURT: Good morning.
10 COUNSEL AT COUNSEL TABLE: (In unison)
11 Good morning, Your Honor.
12 THE COURT: The first thing on the calendar
13 is listed as an in-camera hearing on the motion to
14 compel compliance. But it appears that this motion
15 has already been addressed in public, is that
16 correct, before?
17 MR. OXMAN: I believe you're correct, Your
18 Honor.
19 THE COURT: So as -- somebody told me, told
20 my clerk, that the District Attorney is arguing the
21 other side of the motion; is that correct?
22 MR. OXMAN: We had not received any
23 opposition. It was a private objection submitted by
24 the complaining witness's attorney, and we served
25 the complaining witness's attorney. We have not
26 received any opposition, Your Honor.
