I'm trying to listen to the MJEOL video files, but this password thing pops on the screen. I enter my information given when I registered, but it doesnt log me in. How can I listen to these files?

Nooo no no no.. you have to give something like $4 a month.. you have to subscribe to MJEOL. Then you can access downloads.

$4 dollars is nothing, what concerns me is that there is nobody to ask questions, nobody to assist us.

Well.. Whisper has a lot happening at the moment. She doesn't have time to worry about the site. Getting Michaely news across to people is more important.
