Is Debbie finished with her testimony yet???
I think she left the stand right before court was over but I'm not sure.

Well after her it's Rudy Proviensio. I'm not worried about his testimony because the defence already has a ton of dirt on him and those journals very likely don't even exist!!!

The prosecution also wants to bring in the guy who asked Debbie the questions in the video interview. Forgot his name.

This case is a joke. Sneddon's supposed to prove beyond all reasonable doubt Michael did this stuff... NEVER gonna happen! :D

I hope today goes well. Is Rudy on the stand today?

You are absolutly right.

The jury has to find Michael guilty without a single reasonable doubt and with this case that has just been presented to them, there's no way in hell they can convict him.

How is the prosecution going to convince the jury that he is guilty if these allegations in thier closing statements after all of these contradictions have come to light these fast few months???

At this point in this trial, Sneddon will be better off just giving up this whole case because there's no way he can convince the jury now when you examine all of the witness testimony from Day 1 to now.

As for the defence's case, one thing that many people are curious about is wiether or not Michael will take the stand and testify on his own behalf.
Michael Condoza said on Larry King this past Monday that he will not becuase of the 1108 thing. You can read the transcript of that somewhere on this forum.

But there has been quite a few comments on the fact that Tom Meserau, in many of his cases, has put his clients on the stnad to testify on thier own behalf. And in many of his cases, he has won aquittals.
But this is a crimal case that nobody has really ever seen before and I'm sure it's nothing like any case that Meseau has done before in his career. So in this particular case, it is not certian, unless the defence is 100% confident that they will be able to prove Michael innocent with the rest of thier witnesses that they will call. It is a pretty risky move to make with thier case.

today we will hear from Ian Drew, the guy who filmed the rebuttal video

on monday, its something to with fiancial issues

and tuesday Mark Schaffal will be on the stand, and thats the last day for the prosecutions case



Financial issues???

I know the judge allowed some evidence regarding the prosecution's claim that Michael Jackson was financilly motivated to do hold the family captive and make them do the rebuttal tape after the documentary, but that was a long time ago and I thought since they still haven't presented that evidence, they just plainly didn't have it.

I'm not freaking out about today's witnesses becuase there is no way at his point that they are going to be able to prove that conpiricy after Debbie Rowe's testimony.

And something was said about some audio tape analist coming in to testify about the taped phone conversation between Janet Arvizo and one of Mike's assotiates??? My God how desprate can they get???

And what is Mark Shaffel supposed to testify about agian???

Don't post information from any other forum other than MJJF, please. That's the only way I know how to keep a reign on what facts come out and what speculation from some other poster on some other board
