T-Mez could also work into direct questioning, the very statement from the ruling of this judge that allowed this in, (a zinger finallly back at this biased judge to call him on his bias). Then watch these people go off on the stand! Their responses will then not only publicly address sneddon, but also the judge's bias/ignorance!
I mean, can you imagine the prosecution having to :cryptic cross-examine these witnesses????

Then their next step, even more publicly, will be to sue :bustbubbl California for liable/defamation based on the statements(on trial :writing: transcript, no less), that associated their works to the crime of child/porn! Again, none of their works were ever ruled illegal to obtain!
Guess what... a few of the pundits who have sworn allegance to sned-ville, will more than likely get caught in the cross-fire :screaming of lawsuits, (including the networks they work :hitting for, oops for them)! Also, keep in mind sneddon has an official PR agency he's using for this trial (unheard of)!

The issue of FREEDOM OF SPEECH has always been a hotbutton topic among people who work in the ARTS! Just think how the artistic community, (ex. comments at the Oscars), have expresssed concern that the current administration is pushing an agenga to silence freedom of expression! These feelings also are equally, if not more as passionate among Europeans. MJ also has a large following outside the US and they will get word of this through their media outlets, now covering the courthouse.
Without even realizing it, sned-ville just set itself up for a major war, seperate and a much larger issue than this trial alone! Wait for the defense case! Remember this is not the first time, they have stretched the issue on what is art vrs pornograghy or something illegal!
Let alone, the issue of twice crying wolf over molestation! :yuk
Just wait til Europe & New York converge on this courthouse over this insult to artistic freedom & expression.
Melville, who swares to be in control of his courtroom, will be puling his hair
out come the defense case! He's still going to sit through these people on the stand to determine relevance. He'll have to listen to their comments/attacks on both he & sneddon, outside if not in front of the jury during testimony! :sneddoncr

If you think you're tired of picket signs outside the courthouse now, just wait! With an artist llike MJ, this is high-stakes stuff! Don't you think that many artist of different crafts will attempt to be added to the defense list, if only to make statements against this. Seperate from if not including on behalf of MJ!
If you know fans at the courthouse, tell 'em to start waving signs & banners with the caption;
"SNED-VILLE AGAINST THE ARTS!"-right into the cameras...of course....
