Why do people want to place all their hopes and disappointments on the direct examination? If anything, you should be looking @ at all the holes and illogic. The truth has ALWAYS come out on cross, no reason for that to end now.
Tomorrow will be MUCH different from today.

I know Mike is wishing he never settled shit, hell I wish that too :uh_uh: This injustice just pisses me off! anyone know if Feldman represented this boy too?

My problem is that even IF the jury decides to believe this stuff, it has nothing, i repeat, NOTHING, to do with the current case or charges. Had this guy really had something substantial, there would have been a separate trial for his allegations YEARS ago...or this trial would have included charges for that particular molestation. Michael's settlement did not barr the D.A from seeking a criminal trial..The D.A and the Santa Barbara Dept could have still charged Michael with molestation, but they didn't..Nor did this guy and his mother pursue it further. If he did not want anyone to think him gay, then why is he coming now? Again, I state that if he truly undergone therapy, then that therapist or counselor is required BY LAW, to report any instances of abuse. But yet, we hear of no such instance. He said, at first, that he went to the police at 13, but then he says he didn't tell anyone of this abuse. So how did his mother know? How did the police know? If she saw something, then would she not have confronted her son about it? Even if she wanted money? And, AND, she sued Michael in court, did she not? And lost, right? Then he would have had to say something then....A child at the age of 7 does not have any fear of being considered gay...They don't even truly understand the meaning of it..And if he had this so called fear of being considered gay, then why come out now? His allegations were already heard and dismissed 12 years ago by the same police department that has called him to their aid today.....A child of seven, eight, and ten, does not keep hundreds of dollars, and go tell God about it and not their parents...Sure they may pray about it, but they would tell their parents of the instance first....He says that he did not know of the settlement until he was 17, so why did he not say something then? When he was older and mature? Why did his mother recant and say that nothing happened? Why go to tabloids and not a real news show? Why not go back to the cops and make sure that justice is served? Why get money and not justice? Why recant if these things truly happened? Why not get justice even after you get the criminal's money??? He keeps saying that he was a kid and that he did not understand all that was happening...Unless he was one naive child, anything that happens to a kid, they usually report to somebody . And kids are smarter than are given credit for...I'm sure that at that age, and any age, if someone touched your little peepee, you'd let your mommy know, even if it was indirectly.....Why is the prosecution giving ear to his claims, when Michael has not been convicted of those claims? I repeat this is the same prosecution or at least the same D.A , that left these allegations alone... There is so many holes in this and other situations, that if I see them, I'm sure that grown adults with children of their own, and T-Mez will knock out... :boxing:
So ****ing true! How is it that they left these allegations alone then, but all of a sudden they bring him in now to testify. Why was he willing to testify now & not earlier? 15 years! 15 ****ing years & he decides to testify now! It seems to me as if he only talks about allegations when the authorities tell him to. What still bothers me, is that he talks about getting tickled. He's breakin down on the stand & claiming he needed 5 years of therapy because Michael tickled him innappropriately? The way he's acting, you'd think he was raped!Originally posted by MystiqueX2004
