So she sold him out! Was he not justified in firing her? Wouldn't you fire your maid if they were selling stories to the tabloids about you're private life? All these employees got greedy. They weren't trying to seek justice, they were seeking money!

During her tenure at Neverland, McManus was responsible for cleaning up Jackson's room, and in an unexplained detour the prosecutor asked if she ever had to clean up after the singer's pet monkey.

McManus said she did and also had to clean the monkey's diapers.

"Did you have to clean up monkey droppings on the floor?" Zonen asked.

"Not on the floor, just on the walls," McManus said.

No explanation was given about the relevance of the monkey.

Maybe the monkey was the witness Sneddon was trying to sneak in.

ESPECIALLY the jury, who's heard soooo much of this BS go down the tubes during cross-examination!

What a strain on EVERYONE to have to listen to all this porno crap, hour after hour, ESPECIALLY Michael and his mom!

I'll bet EVERYONE in the courtroom thoroughly detests these "Neverland Naughties!" :yuk

It gets more ridiculous everyday when this fools are seeking money than justice. It's ludicrous that former employees, who all admitted to lying, taking the stand and continues lying some more. What the hell are prosecutors are thinking?

the media was all like, oh 1108 will guarantee that MJ goes to jail for 20 yrs.....yeah right....look at the result....each and every witness has been completely decimated on cross....not just a little....but completely! And when the defense brings in people in their case to discredit them even more.....i mean, there will be no doubt....what will the media say then....what will diane dimond and nancy grace say then??

The strategy is to take the pressure off of the Ariviso family and confuse the jury and create even more confusion. This trail is a joke! If someone like Michael with all this money cannot get a fair trail who can? I am shocked and angry about what is being done to this man. At the beginning of this trail I was open to listenning to the evidence as the trail progressed it looks like it is all about desroying Michaels character more than anything else. There is not case here! Cannot you see it folks?

i agree....there is no case....sneddon went to a grand jury isntead of a prelim. hearing....because he knew that his crap would not hold up to cross examination in a prelim.....i thought the case was bad at first, but i never expected it to crumble like that in such a short time.....i dont recall any trial where each witness has backfired on the prosecution like this....its a record! and i think this case will go down in history as the worst case ever put together by any prosecutor anywhere!

The reporter who wrote it thinks the D.A.'s "case" is CRAP, I guarantee you, and thinks the damn prosecutors can't even keep on track in this "trial of the century!" :crackingu

this case gets more rediculous by the day. Can Melville really be that stupid enough not to see that there's really no case here?
He hardly gives the defense any time to prove thier case, and he seems to want to keep dragging it on and on when it's obvious this BS is pointless.
I think a new judge should be brought in.

Just remember it says in the Bible : NO WEAPONS FORMED AGAINST ME SHALL PROSPER, and EVERY TONGUE THAT RISES UP AGAINST ME IN JUDGMENT SHALL BE CONDEMNED. so all those people that got their behinds up on the stand and lied have a higher judge to answer to, and all their lies won't prosper.
