The fingerprints on a couple of girlie magazines is not trustworthy

And trustworthy it isn't. The magazine which displayed Gavin Arvizo's fingerprints was published several months after the family "escaped" from neverland (how'd you get that). And also the proceedure in extracting and analysing that fingerprint was not properly contucted as we learnt in the early stages of the prosecution's case when the defense were cross-examining their witness

OMFG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

mjjf:
DirtyDiana2000: (Diane Dimond) She said that the jury requested a time extension to deliberate because they feel they could reach a verdict today, it was GRANTED! So the extension is for a few hours until like 5pm to 5:30 pacific. Michael has to stay in the area until then. This is coming from fans who were in court.

Just more on the extra time the jury are getting today.

avigailamor at mjjf:

When Mez talked about how the jury would be helping the family get rich and how they shouldn't let them get away with it, one of the jurors were nodding in agreement.

This has yet to be independently confirmed as of now.

WOW!!! I think that's a very good sign!!!
I have said it before, since a verdict of guilty of all charges is not possible, basically, it's either a hung jury or not guilty of all charges. Hung jury means that the jurors don't manage to agree, but they must try to agree, and that would take a LOT of time. So if they think that it's going to be quick, that's probably because they all agree, or almost -- which means that this is a good sign! OMG, I have goose bumps!

Look, if a jury comes back with a virdict within only a few hours, then it can only be bad for the prosecution or the defence.

In this case, I'm positive it will be bad for the prosecution.

One of the things the media hasn't pointed out is that Michael has, throughout this trial, come through exactly as though he's innocent--human, vulnerable, emotional, concerned, decent, considerate, courteous, respectful, in brief as a true gentleman!--and in no way shape or form like the sick, cold-hearted predator Zonen has tried to paint him as.

In fact Zonen comes across as a thousand times more like the beast he's describing than Michael does. His character profile is so way off, I'm seriously wondering if he's on Crack.

I'm sure this won't be lost on the jurors though, especially as most of them said they can see beyond media spin.

Zonan has begun the pros. rebuttal.

Don't be suprised if he gets in to the "porn surfing alcholic who gets little boys into his bed" thing agian.

But I think it'll only show how damn desprate they are.

With all the PROVED inconsistencies, lies under oath, prosecution tricks and games and lack of evidence, I really don't think there's any way a clear, fast verdict of guilty can be found. I definitely think there's no way 12 jurors would agree right away that the prosecution has proven their case beyond reasonable doubt when even (most of) the media agree that they haven't and that the defense's job was a lot better.

Now, what I don't get is have the deliberations begun? Because if they have not, how can the jury already ask for an extension? Are they allowed to talk among themselves before the beginning of the deliberations?

Let me rephrase that:

When a defendant is so obviously innocent or guilty, a jury can come back with a virdict within only a couple of hours or a few days.

That short of deliberations before reaching a virdict only says that it will only look bad for the prosecution or the defence.
