That is what I am thinking....This guy was crucial not only on the part of what he heard but because he also supposedly saw the accuser and his brother with porn magazines before February 2003....I don't understand why his testimony would not be allowed...:idontknow

Correction: I heard that he was allowed to testify just not about the "something big" part

Yes, he did. I think Diane said the Vivanco was not allowed to talk about the "Psycho Mom" statement and the "Janet and Jay are planning something big regarding Michael" statement.

But what he did say was that Star demanded that he make him a shake and then ordered him to put wine in it. When he refused, Star threatened to tell Michael and get him fired.....then he added the liquor. He also said something about Star cussing at him and using the F word.

I'm glad their letting in that testimony! These kids are not as innocent as they're made to be. I think that was Sneddon's biggest mistake. He made this family out to be angels when there's alot of evidence to the contrary!
