I don't know why but the idea of the defense resting their case makes me nervous! I guess because, even though I know the evidence is in Michael's favor, the verdict day still makes me nervous!

God verdict day will be crazy! I think everyone will be anxious that day. I always hoped this BS wouldn't get that far, but if it acquits MJ then so be it.

That's a very good point--he's not to become the big "disciplinarian", Neverland is supposed to be a fun place, not lots of rules and restrictions.

The judge's new excuse is that he doesn't want to "retry" the J.C. Penny case.

Yeah right. So why are we "retrying" '93?

Both "cases" were never tried to begin with, because both were settled out of court.

Penny's SHOULD have come in. It impeaches the D.A.'s lead witness re the conspiracy charge in the current case actually being tried!

Yet ANOTHER appeal issue, as if another was needed!

Perhaps Michael just wasn't in the mood to get up and to go to the guest unit. Perhaps he was too lazy at this tame and so he said he does'nt belive Rio.

But the if the jurors believe that Michael didn't believe Rio it tells us that it was a ridiculous idea that Michael showed Gavin porn movies hor mags.

And it is getting obvious that some media lie about important things because they dont want Michael to be totally vindicated. The stronger the defense is and it is very strong, the harder they try to lie and to manipulate the readers or viewers!

I'm sure a good parent would downplay any suspicions, ill will etc. they might have felt toward these kids in front of young Rijo. No point in upsetting Rijo by raising hell then and there with Gavin and Star about the porn etc. The kids were house guests and somebody else's children. The wine was no longer in their hands, so better for Mike to stay and comfort Rijo. Nicer too.

Michael is obviously a sensitive and kind parent! :heart2:

DD started that rumor yesterday morning on court tv.

If you remember, Gavin Arvizo was specifically asked on the stand by Mesereau under cross-examination if anyone had ever walked in on him masturbating. He categorically denied it. Well, now the public knows that he wasn't telling the truth before the jury.

OMFGGGGGGGGGG.

This makes me question whether Gavin made up the script affidavit HIMSELF instead of JaNUT. He was the one masturbating, he was the one watching porn, and HE was the one who encouraged a kid to masturbate with.

Who wants to bet that he gave these ideas to his mother to write in for their coaching?


This just gets better and better- and plus the defense is cutting their case short, dropping those 500 witnesses.

Guys, I have the feeling Mike is going to be acquitted before we can say SHAMONE XD
