Transcript from Hard Copy (Thursday, December 16, 1994):

DIANE DIMOND (On camera): Last year, Hard Copy was
the first to report about this young boy. His mother used to
be a personal maid for Michael Jackson. She came forward to
tell us she feared her son was a victim of Michael Jackson.

DIMOND (Voice-over): Just as the king of pop seemed ready
to take it easy for the holidays, word comes in that his
troubles with child molestation allegations are not over yet.
Another boy, another report hat the Jackson camp is on the
brink of agreeing to a second out of court settlement.

GARRY MORGAN (Slash News Agency): The boy's lawyers have
asked for $5 million, Jackson wants to pay $2
million. The negotiations are breaking down. Once again
Jackson has been plunged into a child molestation nightmare.

DIMOND (Voice-over): Last year, Blanca Francia, Jackson's former
maid, came to Hard Copy to tell just why she
quit her job. She feared her young son was in jeopardy.

BLANCA FRANCIA (Clip): "I find Michael and my son, so
close. Michael lying on the sleeping bag, and my son getting
closer to him. And I didn't like that."

DIMOND (Voice-over): When she worked for Jackson at
Neverland Ranch, Blanca had access to his private chambers.
She says she saw a lot and began to receive gifts. So did her
young son. And in retrospect, Blanca says she believes it was
all to keep her quiet.

FRANCIA (Clip): "I took the money, and I feel guilty. I feel guilty all
this time. And I knew that if i bring my son
every time, I would get money."

DIMOND (Voice-over): When the District Attorneys of both Los
Angeles and Santa Barbara announced they could
not file charges against Jackson because no one would come
forward to testify, Blanca's boy's name came up again.

TOM SNEDDON (Santa Barbara District Attorney):
"There is a child victim....alleged child victim, who has
been in therapy since November of 1993, and came forward
and disclosed and made certain disclosures to law
enforcement at that time."

FRANCIA (Clip): "Hiding this....it won't help us."

DIMOND (Voice-over): And now this: reports that
Michael Jackson's lawyer Johnnie Cochran, smack in the
middle of the O.J. Simpson trial, may be negotiating a
Jackson deal with the boy and his family. We couldn't reach
Cochran for comment, but the Francia family is said to be
asking for millions, and Jackson's side is said to be ready to
deal.

What a Christmas present for the superstar whose past often
seems to come back to haunt him.

MORGAN: The details will come out, in all their gory
detail very soon.

DIMOND (On camera): Blanca Francia says her boy has
been in therapy for more than 2 years and that the family has
had o relocate several times because of the intense scrutiny
the scandal has brought them.
