Update: Good news and bad news

Good news is that all of the old account information has been restored. Bad news is that only about 10,000 or so post (so far) have been restored from an earlier backup on July 6 2004. So you will for some topics, you'll see the links, but when you click on them, it will be empty (for now).


And the forum has been updated to the latest version. *sigh* Ah well. At least those of you who were registered before July 6 don't have to re-register. :biglaugh:

i cant sign in to the old one, and i havent received any validation email. Is there something i need to change to get in?

i think its because it's not working atm, but im not sure.
