Dude, who saw American Idol tonight?

Originally posted by whisper I was flipping through the channel and one of the contestants, a real cutie too, was singing "Whatever Happens". Everyone liked him. He sounded very good too. Just thought I'd share. :D Did he tear that song up or what??? He was fantastic. That is my favorite song off o...

Pay-offs to the family? Prosecutors thought they didn\'t need \'evidence\'?

Because there are many who believe that MJ is in a fragile state of mind, partially based on how they think he must perceive himself because of his changed physical appearance. It really comes down to just that.

Alleged Pictures Friom Miller\'s Office.

How would they know that? The media has suggested a lot of things that has turned out to be out and out lies. Further, why would Miller have that kind of stuff in his office if it didn't belong to him? Wouldn't that suggest that Geragos would have known about such tapes if they belonged to MJ? Also,...

Pay-offs to the family? Prosecutors thought they didn\'t need \'evidence\'?

Originally posted by whisper Oh, I seriously think they were lulled into a false sense of "frailty". They certainly didn't plan on Michael making it through all of the dumb-ass rumors their PR firm was pushing, through the police torment, through the mugshot, etc. Remember, Sneddon was banking on t...

Pay-offs to the family? Prosecutors thought they didn\'t need \'evidence\'?

Originally posted by whisper I was just talking about this at MJJF and I thought I'd bring the dicussion over here as well. We were talking about prosecutors moving the family, "at great expense to taxpayers". I think that was a payoff to the family to continue with the plan. I said that it so remi...

CBS Attacked For Bush Documents...Why Not Dateline For MJ Story?

Perhaps your comparing this to a political story, given your obvious bias is the problem. In fact, I think this thread should really be removed. This I thought was a message board about MJ, yet I have noticed a number of political-based signatures that is disturbing to me. Politics, like religion ar...

The documents may have been a forgery, but not the story.

Official August 23 Hearing

From what I've read, Melville has decided to: 1) Side with the prosecution on the gag order ruling. While I'm disappointed, it can be argued that Sneddon never really discussed details of the MJ case. He was only referring to the procedure of impounding potential witnesses with respect to the gag or...
