Re: More new MJ pics--Las Vegas, Friday, Dec. 15

The rest of his outfit seems normal! You know, I've gone to the grocery store in pajama pants, an old t-shirt, and my hair looking like hell, but nobody takes my picture and posts it on the world wide web. But, MJ tends to dress up in "unique" ways. I think everybody's pretty well used to it by now....

25 year old \"Thriller\" album review

I don't agree with everything in here, but I thought it was interesting nonetheless. http://www.npr.org/templates/story/story.php?storyId=16782751 All Things Considered, December 1, 2007 - Nov. 30 marks the 25th anniversary of Michael Jackson's Thriller. Chris Connelly, who first reviewed the album...

Rodney Melville retires

I don't know if the video can be accessed from this post, but Melville said he didn't think Michael was disrespecting the court when he jumped on top of the SUV to greet the fans at his arraignment. http://www.keyt.com/news/local/10493172.html Judge in Michael Jackson Case Retires Judge Rodney Melv...

Can we get this confirmed or DENIED?

Just because he spoke at an event doesn't mean he has whatever it is he's trying to raise money for. He also has done work for people with AIDS in Africa. Doesn't mean he has AIDS. This is medical information. He is under no obligation to share his medical history with anyone, let alone some desper...

Can we get this confirmed or DENIED?

These are two things I found on the issue (granted, one is Wikipedia, but I thought I'd post it anyway) :) http://www.mjfanclub.net/news/oct_2003.html October 7, 2003 Michael Jackson Attends Lupus Charity Event On October 1, 2003, Michael Jackson made an appearance at the Beverly Hills Hotel for th...

Can we get this confirmed or DENIED?

I could be wrong, and maybe somebody else knows more, but I think Michael has spoken at some Lupus awareness event or something at one time (I think I saw a picture back in the day). There are different types of Lupus, and he might have one. It's serious, but sometimes managable. Roger F. could occa...

Austin Brown

Rebbie's son, Austin Brown, may have an album coming out this year. He sounds a lot like Michael, and he's also HOT!!! Here's a link to a website about him. Thought people might enjoy it.

American presidential survey

I was just curious ( if you feel comfortable sharing info): 1) Political party : left leaning independent (practically democrat, but not officially) 2) Primary issues you're concerned about : ending war in Iraq, balancing budget, healthcare reform, equal rights for gay citizens (no particular order)...

O.J. Simpson arrested in Vegas robbery

I'm not pro-OJ specifically, but I wonder if the jurors would be subconsiously inclined to presume him guilty. He still deserves the presumption of innocence. I hope just for the sake of the system that they're focused in on the current issue instead of anything in the past. I was thinking about tha...

Ever hear Michael songs play in stores?

I was sitting outside the mall in Cape Giraurdau, MO with my dad. We could hear the music they were playing sort of well. Anyway, we're chatting and I'm like, "Hey, I knew that sounded familiar. That's Michael Jackson." It was 'Butterflies'. So, about a minute later, a couple guys walked in and one ...

What are your hopes for a new album?

I'm with the 2 of you! New music! I do appreciate the pressure he's under, though. The press will single him out in a way they don't when it comes to Prince or Madonna. And, when was Springsteen's last big hit? Cyndi Lauper? I mean, these are highly talented artists, no doubt, who still tour and rak...

Has this been answered already....?

The show was a mid-season replacement on CBS. It aired for the first time on June 16, 1976, and it was only four episodes long initially. (The clips that feature Sonny Bono, which are probably on youtube, were from the first episode. Mackenzie Phillips, Ed McMahon, and Joey Bishop were on during tha...

any justin timberlake fans?

I'm a JT fan, and I love Lance, too. JT has done songs with Madonna and Fifty Cent recently. I'm sure they'll be interesting! (Glad Lance got the job on Broadway, also. I'd love to see him!)
