Rarely do judges throw out cases at this point in trials. I'm sure T-Mez doesn't expect Melville to grant it. It's mostly ammo for an appeal, if necessary.

But NOW "it" will hit the fan. I can't wait to see them rip TS a new one. ;)

Holy cow. I swear T-Mez better bring that into evidence. That's so blatant it makes my blood boil, and I am not angered easily. Whew, the defense can't start soon enough!

Should be interesting. I think this could blow up in the face of the prosecution if they try to spin this as being a case of saying nice things "under the duress of losing visitation rights." She already gave them up willingly, and if visitations were a payment for doing the filming, that's not dure...
