Did anything come out regarding the cross on Chris Tucker? And I just wanted to point something out again. See how the news coverage on the defense is virtually little to none? Now let's see what happens during the prosecution's rebuttal..Does anyone think that coverage will significantly skyrocket??

Who is the prosecution calling for thier rebuttal???

Can the defence ask to re-cross some of the prosecution witnesses???
The defense can cross-examine any person I believe.

Internet bets on Jackson trial outcome (May 24 2005)

People bet when Michael Jackson is involved. People bet on Michael Jackson when there is money to be made. Anything with Michael Jackson's name is going to sell or draw attention whether you like him or not. Sad, but this is the state of the world today. :nonono:

This is what I have to say about the so-called un-indicted co-conspirators. They will not be indicted no matter what they say. Personally, I think that the ultimate goal of the prosecution is to convict Michael not these co-conspirators. Had their true goal been justice then these co-conspirators wo...

For what? I am sure that the prosecution might call Gavin back to the stand during their rebuttal, but why on earth would the defense want to call the accuser back on the stand? I don't think that makes much sense.

This Should Be Brought Up In Court

I agree. I am quite sure that the defense has a lot more things to present, and I am positive that the team will do or bring in whatever evidence that is necessary to exonerate Michael. Therefore, I think that it will be another few weeks before the defense rests.
