OK, here's some info I found on the paralegal:

Mary Holder (sp) is now on the stand who took Janet Arvizo to the Dr after the JC Penny incident. She is telling the jury that while she was there, Janet Arvizo became overwrought saying "those people were the devil". Mary will testify that Janet Arvizo told her that she made up the JC penny story after her husband beat her up.

I don't think there will be a hung jury because every one of those jurors have to vote him guilty for him to be convicted.

One 1 not guilty vote will aquit him.

so is that how is works?? So what if they all vote not guilty?

said the money raised at the laugh factory was thought to have been for gavins medical bills. apparently not because, mes put up the next witness to say that there WERE no medical expenses to be paid because the insurance covered it.

According to Dimond, six witnesses have been on the stand. Holzer was the most damaging to the state.OMG she said that????? Right now Prudence Brando is on the stand (9-year old)
