Jackson jury to deliberate only a half-day today

SANTA MARIA, Calif. After three full days of deliberations, there's still no verdict in Michael Jackson's child-molestation trial in California.

Jurors are scheduled to put in a-half day today, apparently to accommodate family graduations.

Jackson spokeswoman Raymone Bain confirms the entertainer visited a hospital near his Neverland ranch yesterday. She says it was a scheduled appointment for treatment of back trouble and says everything is "O-K."

Meanwhile, defense Attorney Thomas Mesereau (MEZ'-uh-roh) says he has not authorized anyone to hold news conferences on Jackson's behalf. His apparent goal is to assure the judge the defense had not violated a gag order.

Bain says all of her comments to reporters, including Jackson health updates, have been cleared with Mesereau.

The discusting thing about Studio B is that every time Drew Findling makes a point, Adelia butts in and brings up the head licking and Smith never stops him.

It comes to me like a leaf that falls from a tree,

Let the song create itself, that’s my lawâ€

You know what's makes me angry. Some articles I heard are thinking that some jurors are thinking in favor of the prosecution. I say they can't be that stupid to believe in the bogus lies by the prosecution witnesses. I had enough of all this.

It doesn't mean anything other than they will only be deliberating for 3 hours. I just don't want people reading anything more into what's going on.

I find it completely crazy and disrespectful to the accused that some jurors were allowed to attend a graduation ceremony in the middle of the deliberations. What the hell is Melville thinking?!!

I don't really find it disrespectful.. it sounds horrible, but this isn't their lives. They've made plans for things, and they didn't really know how long this trial would last.

This is GRADUATION, not a funeral! When I was in grad school, some of my classmates did not even attend their own graduation ceremony!!! Incredible. And YES, they should have been able to foresee how much time it would last and told their family members 'Sorry but I'm sure you understand'. And they could have left for the graduation party right at 2:30. I'd like to know what juror(s) is attending a graduation ceremony. I bet it's a grandmother or some distant aunt that wants a break from the deliberations! There's been enough delay in this case because of all the court holidays, prosecution bull$$hit, Melville trial diet/schedule and half days already! Every accused is allowed to a fast trial and I am NOT seeing this here!

And now the media starts saying that long deliberations are a bad sign because it may show that the jury can't agree and that obviously they didn't follow Mesereau's request to throw this case out, bla bla bla... What they don't say is that the jury has been deliberating for only 21 hours, which is not even 3 full 8-hour days. Enough with all this crap -- we want vindication and we want it now. How does THAT compare to a stupid graduation ceremony???
Vindication or graduation? Damn ,that makes me soooo mad. :screaming
