I've been so busy today. Just got updated on MJJF.

I just knew Mez would be the clear, concise, TO THE POINT man that he is, there's no reason why he has to ramble; I love that he's doing just what he did when he presented the defense's case. Getting to the heart of matter will win you points anyday. No juror wants their intelligence to be insulted.

I'd love to be able to read this closing arguements from start to finish.

Zonen...what a joke. The Arvisos never asked for a dime? Michael forced himself into their lives?! What a pile of sh*t.

I'm sure Michael also forced Mama Arvizo to tell her kids to call him daddy! F*cking Moron! I'd also love to hear both closing arguments in their entirety!

There should be pixes.

I agree, Ron Zonen is more than a F*cking idiot! He says that Tom Mesereau lied about giving doubt and that Michael used porn to "lure" the kids, all kids, into his room and then molest them! What the f*uck?! I don't think that the jurors are gonna believe that! I least I hope not!! Ron Zonen can go eat Sh!t!!

Now, Tom mesereau rocked on the stand!! Am I right? (of course he did)

How many 45 year old men in American look at pornography? I'm sure many father's have porn, should they not be allowed around their children for fear they'll molest them? I also heard that Zonen said that Michael has a drinking problem! A drinking problem? Are you kidding? So because Michael drinks alcohol he's an alcoholic? I cannot believe the weak ass shit that the prosecution is trying to pass off as hard evidence. I know they're idiots but even I expected better than this!

Of course the prosecution's closing is only gonna be based on Michael's charactor rather than things that actually came out in court.

I can't believe ya'll are suprised by that. It was totally expected I think.

I agree!!! Ok. Now, Michael having a drinking problem? PLEASE!! The prosecution is high if they think that they can pass this as fact! Well, we know that DS is high...and I guess it's not surprising that the rest are, they are influenced by him.

I can't say that it surprises me 'cause we know that DS is out to get Michael, just like the others!!

That cracks me up, a drinking problem!! He may drink but not drunk!! he don't believe in that!! :thumbsup

This is a great article!!!!!

Defense attorney Thomas Mesereau countered in his closing argument that the prosecution revealed the weakness of its case by attacking him.

"Whenever a prosecutor does that you know they're in trouble," Mesereau told the panel, which is expected to get the case on Friday. "This is not a popularity contest between lawyers."

In rapid-fire delivery he attacked the accuser's family, the accuser himself ands prosecutors.

He said the family and others clearly are planning to sue Jackson after the trial.

"Everyone is looking for a big payday at the expense of Michael Jackson," Mesereau said. "There's going to be great celebration in this group if he's convicted of one single count in the case."

He noted that many prosecution witnesses have sued Jackson in the past and some have lost.

"Aren't they all after millions from Michael Jackson? Haven't you seen one after another come in this courtroom who sued Michael Jackson? They're all lined up," he said.

Prosecutors, he said, engaged in an a "mean-spirited, nasty attempt, a barbaric attempt" to attack Jackson personally by bringing up his financial problems, collection of adult magazines and "sagging music career."

Mesereau also showed charts suggesting it was ridiculous to believe that during a time when Jackson was under international scrutiny he would then choose to commit molestation.

Mesereau responded that Jackson wasn't charged with possessing illegal pornography because everything in his home was legal, that no child pornography was found in his home or computers, and that prosecutors used the adult magazines just to make the singer look bad.

"They have dirtied him up because he's human. But they haven't proven their case because they can't," the defense attorney said.

Mesereau suggested the accuser and his brother feigned innocence on sexual matters. In a video of the accuser's first interview with sheriff's investigators "he acts like he doesn't know what an erection is. He's 13," the attorney said.

Mesereau also said the boy was unemotional as he described the alleged molestation in the video and in testimony. He asked jurors to remember the boy's demeanor on the stand.

"You saw no emotion whatsoever. When did you see him really get angry? When he talked about Michael Jackson abandoning his family," Mesereau said.

I don't get it. When did Zonehead introduce expert witnesses who said Michael was an alcoholic? If he's just saying that, he's waaaaaay out of line. He isn't a medic. He can't legitimately accuse him of that. If I were Michael I'd sue the guy, after the trial is over, for defamation of character.
