The whole rotten proceeding can be palpably linked to the events and drugs that MJJ took so he could sleep, after the 2005 inquisition, and there is no statute of Limitation anywhere under common law for PRE-meditated , with Malice aforethought unlawful killing and certainly to any objective observer, it was clear to me, and clear to Tom Mesereau who told me so in interview, that this proceeding if successful in the least charge would have been a death sentence to Michael Joe Jackson , who would not have lived long in jail or prison. Tom Sneddon has a lot to account for, and we are just asking for accountability for faked evidence in the Michael JAckson Case.
