Control Panel is acting screwy...

Hey!

I was going to add a banner to my siggy and I can't because the control panel is not coming up. If there's another way to do it please let me know? Thanks!!!

You may just have to change your skin. I had to use the "Default" skin in order to make any changes. Try it and see if it works! :thumbsup
