She was on there today again doing her little part 2 of her "investigation"!!! She just keeps on slandering Michael and Marc's name and she even has this PI on there who sounds exactly like Ernie Rizzo talking about Mike hired Marc to be his point man!!! WTF??? :tickingti

These people are digging some holes for themselves and when they are done they'll be in China!!! :crackingu They have NO IDEA how many lawsiuts are coming down!! I mean...this PI has NEVER even met Mike and he's talking stuff like that!! It's obivous Lie-ane is pissed because Marc won't turn on Mike!!

Take some comfort in the fact that no one listens to her lying a$s anyway. Michael better seriously take some action against this pathetic excuse for a woman and wreck her "career"!

I mean why would this guy "bring" Michael children he likes? If that was true why bother with Gav!n? What does he do to get them there? Puh-leeease this ain't selling to anyone! :ratingsho

That is exactly what is happening. Geta on foxnews had people calling in to say how much they are tired of Gloria ALred. I tell you, everyone is not following Diane or Gloria (alot of people still do NOT know Diane Diamond regardless to her being on tv and alot of people, who do know her face, do not believe nothing she says because they remember her from HARD COPY-the tabloid show). Even though we love Michael, the public overall, is not buying into alot of stuff that SOME media put out. Like I said, as DIE HARD Michael fans, we tend to take things more to heart but in reality alot of people are feeling the same way as we do. They know this sounds like bull. Perfect example, I work at the Police department and even NONE of us are buying this. That should tell you all something there. We are in the same field and Sneddon and we do not buy his theory.

Part 3 was aired on Aug 27 with more garbage. This time she got tabloid reporter and wannabe Jackson insider Ian Drew (Us Weekly and who use to work for The Globe) to imply that Mark Geragos was involved. She also resurrected an old rumor about prosecutors wanting to charge Geragos with something.

But a friend of Marc Schaffel was on the show and he tore Crier's ass up. Dimond was mysteriously absent today. ANd Crier kept trying to distance herself from the report by saying it's not her report is the report by Court TV's investigative unit (IE Dimond). She had a disgusting attitude, she cut him of numerous times and shouted over him when he was making good points about the lowsy reporting. She didn't wanna hear about the charties. And she didn't question Dimond at all about anything in the report. She just lapped it up like a dog. Then when Kent comes on and questions it, all of a sudden she's got questions.

But yeah, that report made Court TV look really lowsy. This would be the second group of people whose greed Dimond has preyed upon. They risk getting flushed down the drain along with her if there was anything at all MIke's attorneys can go after.

DIMOND:…As a freelance journalist, Ian Drew often interviewed Michael Jackson. He also interviewed ex-wife Debbie Rowe at Schaffel’s home. Drew had access to the inner Jackson circle and was often at Schaffel’s house in February and March of 2003, a time period police say the conspiracy to keep the young accuser and his family under wraps was in full swing.
  • DIMOND: Who’s the boss? Who’s giving all the directions to them?
    IAN DREW: Marc [Schaffel] is. But Marc is talking to Geragos. They’re all talking to Geragos. The triumviri is stilling there talking with Geragos about everything. But at Marc’s house, it’s really the epicenter of the activity.
DIMOND: Now there are two ‘Marks’ in the picture. Fredrick Marc Schaffel and Mark Geragos, who used to be Michael Jackson’s criminal defense attorney.

DIMOND: Several reliable and confidential sources have told the Court TV investigative unit that the early actions of Mark Geragos may land him in hot water too someday. While Geragos is not one of the un-indicated co-conspirators, law enforcement is reported to be contemplating whether to add him to the list. But back to the other Marc. Marc Schaffel.

It was more ridiculous nonsense. I'm still going through it writing down notes

-after Part 3, a friend of Schaffel was on and completely tore Crier up for the shoddy reporting and the insinuations
-he clarifies that whatever Schaffel was involved in in the past, his work with Jackson was on the up-and-up.
-he also clarifies that (just like a number of other producers, videographers, directors in Hollywood) Schaffel was involved in all porn: gay, straight, bi-sexual; not just gay porn, which Dimond tried to use as a disgusting insinuation as to why he was around Jackson
-he calls out Paul Barresi. Barresi's past is about as sordid and seedy as they claim Schaffel's is. In her report, Dimond gives credence to Barresi's opinions as if he's some well-respected expert of Schaffel and Jackson

Wow.... even though the whole "report/investigation" was completely shoddy - as always - I'm glad with the end of that. I'm so relieved someone, namely Schaffel's friend had the guts to go on there and completely rip Crier apart. No one's gonna take any notice of this shit.

They have to name Geragos as a co-conspirator. How else are they going to explain his employment? Diane can spin all she wants, it only proves that Shaffel is no where near flipping, and all she has left is to attack his credibility.

I saw it!! Norm Kent tore Crier's ugly a*s up!! Diane was absent purposely so Norm wouldn't embarrass her stupid butt!! :laugh Crier is the rudiest heifer ever!! Ian Drew is sooo desperate to be a Jackson insider that he goes to Diane to get attention from Mike!!! :crackingu

The tape thing is really funny to me because even if it was true...which I doubt...they would NEVER see the light of day at trial as Dimond lied about because you can't record someone without their knowledge because IT'S ILLEGAL!!
