This is my first forum post. I am an artist and writer as well as an avid MJ fan. Here is one of my latest poems... I hope to post some fanfiction soon.

Death by Lethal Dose of Michael Jackson!!! :)

I'm so in love with only you
with all you are
with all you do
Blissful day dreams on the outside looking in

'Was not my fate to cross your path
To hear your voice
cherish your laugh
Still you're whispering to me and I am sinking in

While I'm content to love you here
A deep regret
Still lingers near
Would my heart tremble had you looked into my eyes?

Could ragged feelings flood right back?
Youth's lustful heat
Brilliant gobsmack
Were I to hear one of your 'sweet seducing sighs'?

Perhaps I could have bridged the gap
To pin my thumb tack on your map
Sending my beacon up into the sky
To catch your notice, amplify
If a sparkle could entice a white-hot star

I'd waste my moment with your rapt attention
gushing out
My die-hard fan affection
And upon my sleeve I'd place my fragile heart

I'd form the sounds that make your name
In an unabashed naive way
And if you listened to me speak
rather than choose to walk away...

I would say...

"I love you with all that I could be, baby
You're every aspect of beauty to me
Give me a chance...
To meet your glance...
The briefest bask inside your light
Would cut and facet all of mine
Into the diamonds I would give to you to wear...

Exhale one breath upon my skin
Say, 'Hello', just on a whim
Convey a thought with my name
On your mind
And though I know I sound naive
Give me the faith from you I need...
Believe- I could take my last breath,
If I could tangibly posess...

one single moment lived by you, for me"

In return you'd have my adoration
My grateful honor in simplification

...And when I die, they'll carve these words
upon my stone:

"The muse within the story etched into this woman's soul
...has Autographed the very book her inspiration wrote"

Great poem! It's so gracefully written!

...as she tries to see if you actually CAN listen to Rock with You too many times in a row.

And, in my experience...

no.

No you cannot.

lol :2tongue
