Could Jackson Have Been Jailed?

Prosecutors in the Michael Jackson case had until Monday to exchange evidence with the defense, so it's no wonder the raid on Neverland had eyebrows raised. What were investigators looking for? Court TV's Diane Dimond has the inside track.
"My sources close to the Jackson family say that Michael Jackson was absolutely flummoxed by this whole thing," Dimond told Access. "It actually hit him in the face of exactly how serious a situation he's in."
Dimond claims when police served two search warrants on Jackson's Neverland Ranch they reportedly had two objectives. The first objective of the raid was to get measurements and drawings of Jackson's master bedroom suite.
"There will be testimony from the accusers brother that he came up a stairway and around a corner and actually saw Michael Jackson engaged in inappropriate activity with his brother," revealed Dimond. "These drawings that they made on Friday of the suite are designed to show the jury the logistics of it. It's a huge suite."
The second objective was to obtain a DNA sample from Jackson reportedly to be used to compare with forensic evidence.
"Michael Jackson had twenty four hours to allow them to swab the inside of his cheek. He absolutely refused to give this swab. He had his attorney fly in. No one could convince him," explained Dimond.
But after taking his three children away from his home on Friday, Jackson reportedly caved in and returned on Saturday.
"But at the last possible moment 9:30 a.m. Saturday morning he did finally give it," added Dimond. "If Michael Jackson had continued to refuse to give that sample, he would have been held in contempt of court. He could have been jailed."
