it is actually a scene from a pepsi commercial that was only aired overseas. Never was shown here in the U.S. Although I don't understand why because he definitely looks hot in it. I think the title of the commercial was "dreams". You can actually see on You Tube just look under michael jackson pepsi commercials and it should pop up.
