Hey, Carla, I think I can recall seeing you wearing a mod cap around on this very forum. Maybe you can tell us where the rules used to be at that time in case you don't know where they are now?

LMAO, you're kidding, right? Girl, My mod-ness is long gone, I hardly remember much-- Other than all the drama! And yea...Mysti's right. The forum layout is much different now, I couldn't even begin to tell you how things used to be.

I guess besides the fan fic rules, the only other place that had a semblance of rules was in the FAQ. Mind you, that's from the old boards. Hey, the only solution is to flag down Whisper and settle this once and for all!
