Ok. Lets take a real look at what has been done to keep the trial, the testimony and evidence away from the public.
1) Select a courtroom so small the Judge would ask for a divorce from a divorcing couple if they had to use it. Minimized the number of people, (Mrs. Jackson's support, Jackson Fans & unbiased Media)
2) The half-hearted, last minute request by Mainstream Media to get cameras in the courtroom. And their even more lackadaisical appeal.
3) No reporting on Prime Time news anything about the trial, other than when Paris attempts to commit suicide, then they tie the two together as an explanation for the act.
4) Request by Defendant witnesses to keep certain MJ Fans out of the courtroom. Forgetting about Constitutional Rights.
5) Complaints against MJ Fans supporting Mrs. Katherine Jackson who are outside the courtroom on public property. Fans reporting what was said and done outside the building. Request to have them dispersed.
6) A reduction of seats in a already small courtroom.
Then there is the "It is going to get ugly" defense battle cry.
Well, if you believe there is something funky about WR allegations & his new employment. The fact he goes from regaining memory, to it came back slowly, to he always remembered, but was afraid of Michael, even after death. Or how about he was able to sell his home with in 5 wks and for more than asking price when the best and worst in California is taking MONTHS..... if not years?
There is an ugly happening. One which has many people unhappy, but not necessarily for the right reasons. And it is going to get worse with each Defense Witness. Which is why I believe there is a need to shut everyone out of the courtroom other than Media who are protective of the Defense, their associates & their witnesses.
1) Other than Peter Lopez, Michael had no legal representation at any time of negotiating with AEG upto his death.
2) Dr. Thome, whom MJ would fire and Frank Delio who seem to have no authority or respect from AEG would be Manager. Michael had no other Manager but who was hired by AEG to be paid $100,000 a month. A bill they planned to stick MJ with, a bill which may have been paid by the Estate Manage.
3) There is: "THE MYSTERY OF TWO DATES FOR ONE CONTRACT"
AEG's top attorney only met Michael once, but was able to witness him signing documents on 2 separate dates?

I am going to ask someone who knows just how many reporters are showing up, because CBS reported 2 wks ago the number had declined. No where is there talk of fire hazard.
