Eyes wide open
Mind shut down

I’m terrified to look forwards
It hurts to look back
The present doesn’t exist

I’m crying out of habit
Tears with no feeling
It hurts to smile

I’m trapped in sorrow
Dreams are absent
Given up on hope

I’m sleepless
Dreamless
Dead to the world

I’m freaking out
Screaming out
Alone in the world.
