I don't have photoshop, & I waz wondering (& Hoping) sum-1 could add a Dark, gothic feel to this pic 4 me. I would love 4 my eyes to have eyeliner runnin down my face & stuff. Ya know? I would REALLY appreciate it!! If any-1 one can do it, heres da pic:

I got bored and decided to give it a go. I'm not that great at colourising though, so if you don't like it I won't be offended.

If you want I could try and do some smudged eye-liner. I was gonna do it but ran outta time cos I got work in 10 minutes. <_<
