moving pictures

i didn't know where to put this topic, so i stuck it in here, but does anyone know how to make a moving picture, from like a mpg video say? do i need a special program or can i use something i might have laready?

the main programs for 'moving pictures' are Imageready and Animation Shop. the latter comes with Photoshop as the former comes with Paint Shop Pro.

hmmm lol, damn, i guess i have to wait for my own computer then lol, oh well thanks though maybe my mom will be nice for a change and let me get those lol
