i'm gonna go ahead and start this thread now. though i don't have anything to add to it at the moment, it shall be updated as soon as i can muster up a blend/colorization/add effect thinga-ma-bob.

oh, for psp8 it's called dither. you just look at the list of effects or whatever and click on 'dither'. not a good explaination i know, i dont use psp8.
