REQUEST: Website layout for fansite

I wanted to E-mail the staff from steady-laughing.com about this but the site didnt work. Anyway, Im working on a new fansite (He Drives Us Wild). The adress is HDUW.tk or freewebz.com/HDUW. Anyway, can someone make a layout for the site. Doesn't have to be anything complicated or long-taking, just a div layers or table layout that looks okay. E-mail me for pictures, preferances and such.

I would be VERY happy if you could help me. If you want, put a copyright on the layout.

Do you know HTML?
Will you update your site regularly?
Will you have a free domain, or a purchased one?
Do you plan to promote your site?

Well, I managed to make a nice and simple layout myself, without making graphics or complicated HTML. Everyone who wanted to help, thank you for wanting to :)
