From what I've read of the lyrics (and trust me, it's taken me a couple of years to work out what he's actually saying). I agree with jupiter on this one. The song, I think is talking about a love affair between a man and a woman; a love affair that is strongly connected physically, emotionally, mentally and sexually. It's one of the strongest love romances everyone can have if you're putting all of your emotion and trust in your lover, and that's what I think Michael is talking about in the song.
