Title of Jackson’s Charity Single Revealed
The much anticipated hurricane relief single from pop superstar Michael Jackson has finally been named.

In a recent interview, recording artist Ciara revealed that the track title is “I Have a Dream”.

Jackson’s spokesperson, Raymone Bain, confirmed earlier this month that the King of Pop had rewritten the song and changed the original title, “From the Bottom of My Heart”.

Ciara, who recently recorded her part of the single, divulged "... it's a very beautiful record. The cool thing is that it has a message behind it and it's for a good cause."

Proceeds from the single will go to the hurricane victims of the gulf coast. The disaster relief is to be provided through the Bill Clinton-George Bush Katrina Fund, the Push-Excel Hurricane Katrina College Relief Fund and the National Association of Recording Arts and Sciences.

I doubt that's the name. There was already a single called "I Have This Dream" by MJ back in 1999. :S
Following are the articles & links where the song has been mentioned:

TV Guide: Is there a new Michael for the millennium?

Michael: Yeah, I have a couple of things planned. I think it's going to be totally different than what I did before. There's a song on the new album called "I Have This Dream". It's a millennium song about the world and the environment that I cowrote with Carol Bayer Sager and David Foster.

[April 29, 2001] I Have This Dream - Press release

Tonos.com has combined forces with AOL Music to present a once-in-a-lifetime songwriting opportunity for AOL members to write the lyrics to I Have This Dream and the winner will have their words sung by the King Of Pop himself.
The song was written by Michael, 14-time Grammy-winning producer David Foster and Oscar winner/Songwriting Hall of Fame inductee Carole Bayer Sager. A statement by Tonos reads: "Music serves as a salve for what ails the human spirit and a remedy to the soul during troubled times. Now, these three musical icons have created an inspiring musical landscape entitled I Have This Dream, and they're asking AOL members to come up with an optimistic and uplifting lyric to complete this anthemic song."
All proceeds from this project will be donated to children's relief organizations around the world.
One AOL member's lyric will be chosen as the winner and MJ has agreed to record the song for possible inclusion on his next album. The winning AOL member will attend the recording session. There is also the possibility that the King of Pop will record the song with an all-star roster of artists, not unlike what he brought us in his timeless message of love, "We Are The World."
To enter the contest and to hear music and chorus lyrics to Michael's much talked about I Have This Dream, fans can visit TONOS at http://www.tonos.com
