Weintraub brings up that the prosecutors are dealing with the same people from 93 and Sneddon lost that case
-says he's trying to do anything to make this one stick, including illegal searches, intimidating witnesses, and injecting himself into the case
-says in 23 years, she's never seen a DA being made to testify under oath in a case he's prosecuting
-says it's extraordinary that the judge didn't just take Sneddon's word for it, and MADE him come into court to testify under oath as to what he knew.
-Lomax talked about the AG's investigation, but nobody mentioned that it was one-sided and that the AG didn't even so much as get a statement from Michael Jackson
-Lomax did say she was very concerned about the illegal search b/c it has to be specifically spelled out on the warrant, SPECIFICALLY what is to be searched. She says that's a very big issue that's worrying her.
