On lunch break. Back at 1:30 PST. Plaintiff will get another chance at closing statements tomorrow. ABC Live stream site don't show until abt 5 mins prior to airing start. (you get an error msg, but is correct location)

Others, LA Times, CNN/HLN also live stream or on TV.  HLN pulled an Oprah past 2 days prior to showing the little bit they do. Theirs is a tangled mess or skips and misses of the arguments.

Sep 26, 2013.  Plaintiff has final rebuttal to Defense's closing today.  Then goes to Jury.
