I think Veronica made a really good point, too ...

On the other hand it just puzzles me a bit why any personal friend or former/present employee of Michael's would post such a pic on her website ... knowing how many questions such a pic will create. I feel as if she is using him a bit, posting a pic of him out of the blue on this rather weird website.

If he was my friend, I would respect his privacy and not post a pic of him in his bathrobe
