I think no human being should have to ever go through something so horrible:uh_uh: . Not even one such as he. He may have done Michael wrong, but even Michael wouldn't want us to bad mouth someone in times like these. Just oh so humble opinion. Not to get to religious here, but I believe Jesus once said to err is human, but to forgive is divine. So I think that is what we must do(although we may never forget). I bet Michael already has(forgave). :)

Interesting points...

Well, I don't like the guy either but I'm sorry to hear that...wouldn't wish something like that on ANYONE... I do hope he is able to make a recovery.

TV interviewer Martin Bashir, famed for his chats with Princess Diana and Michael Jackson, is reportedly suffering from a brain tumour.

The 45-year-old former Panorama presenter has a tumour growing on his pituitary gland but plans "to get on with his life".

The condition, being monitored by doctors, was found after he suffered a serious blow to the head last month. The 45-year-old's agent said Bashir has a potentially life-threatening tumour, which was found during treatment for a head injury last month.

He was taken to hospital after suffering an injury on the set of his Nightline show for ABC News in America.

Bashir, who is back at work, says he plans "to get on with his life".

The pituitary gland is located at the base of the brain and helps to control growth.

Mr Bashir's agent, John Miles, said: "It has been a very worrying time for Martin and his family but the good news is that the specialists do not want to operate on the tumour yet.

"The doctors say they have found it at a very early stage. Obviously it's very serious and they are not unconcerned."

Mr Miles added that while the news was "very upsetting, Martin is seeing it as a blessing in disguise"

"If he hadn't had the knock to his head, he would never have known about the tumour" Mr Miles added.

Bashir lives in New York with his wife Debbie and their two children. He is due to fly to Los Angeles this week to make a programme about gang murders.
...

Bashir then sealed global recognition after securing the first in-depth interview with Michael Jackson in 2003. The show sparked a court case with Jackson facing charges of child abuse - he was later cleared by a jury.

The people I feel sorry for are his family. I won't cheer at this news, but I won't cry in despair either.

I'd never thought I'd say this, but I feel sorry for Bashir, as much as I despise him. Having a tumor must be an awful experience.

It is a non cancerous tumor on his pituitary gland. You know what the wrestler Andre the giant had the same thing but never got it treated. Martin did Michael wrong but Martin could not stand by his work hence how he would not answer any questions while on the stand. Martin is a piece of crap but I do wish him well.

Karma is a bitch. For real.
That's something he'll have to live with the rest of his life. The fact that whatever he does wrong knowingly will always come back to you tenfold. And that's not just for him, that's everyone. So in essence...try to do good in your life.

What goes around comes around. He was pretty rotten to Michael, but I don't wish for something bad happen to his health, especially something serious as a tumor.
