A defense attorney is ultimately trying to put a reasonable doubt in the jury's minds that their client did not do the things said client is accused of. I didn't say they were trying to prove his innocence, although, some certainly try to do both.
I have the right to my opinion, and I am not the first to point out that some love to say things like "If Michael is convicted", etc, and bring up certain other negative things. How many posts have been deleted? How many times has Whisper asked people not to bring up this or that without any facts?
As I stated before, I never called any names, or stated who I think is or is not a true fan. The ones that are not, know who they are, and the ones that are, know who they are. Where is the problem? I also never stated that people should not discuss certain facts. But you will never convince me that some truly care about Micahel when every chance they get, they are bringing up negative, wrong, stupid, biased and sickening facts spun out by some media pundits and haters, or they just say the wrong thing. How is that helping anything? Where is the positive energy in all that?
And please don't tell me not to bring God up if I want to. And how dare you state that God has to be dragged anywhere? God is everywhere, and I have no doubt in my mind that just as it has been reported concerning Michael and Reverand Jackson praying EACH & EVERY morning, that it is true. Who are they praying to? There is a "Praying For Michael" thread on this board. Who are they praying to? God is real to some of us, and we certainly have been taught that God is all of our final judge. Do some think He doesn't judge us along the way? Those evil doers and haters of Michael will get theirs. Man's judgement might not get them, but God's Will. And of course, this is all my opinion.
Once and for all, I've already conceded that the verdict is up to the jury, and that in my opinion, some in the jury have already realized that the prosecution did not prove their case. And who was it that stated that the jury was not as smart as we were or some such nonsense? What??????????? Seemingly, they have heard up close and personal, first hand and in real time all of the evidence and therefore; they got us beat. What I believe is that some of them agree w/me and others that the accusers were bald faced liars, and that the prosecutor fabricated evidence and holds a serious bias and vendetta. They already see that. They are not dumb, deaf and blind. They are human beings just like we are.
