GONE TOO SOON is THE crying song of all time--I SOB so loudly when I watch that video. I would give anything to somehow have Misereau be able to show that video to the jury during his closing arguments. (I know I'm just dreaming.) But if the jury could only experience that video, they'd deliberate for oh, about two minutes, and then they'd 100% agree on the only possible correct verdict:
Judge Melville: "Foreman of the Jury, have you reached a verdict?"
Foreman of the Jury: "Yes we have, your honor."
Judge Melville: "Will you please tell the court what your verdict is?"
Foreman of the Jury: "INNOCENT, your honor, on EACH and EVERY count!"
Judge Melville: "Foreman of the Jury, have you reached a verdict?"
Foreman of the Jury: "Yes we have, your honor."

yea...i guess it will help really but too bad...i especially like the part when Mike was taking a walk with Ryan White...it simply show how good Mike is...
