Now that Jason "revealed" that his "molestation" began at the age of seven, how long before Glo & Co refile motions to have MJs children removed from his care? I give them about thirty minutes after Jason leaves the stand.

Get the spray out Carla!!!

I'm hearing reports that cross-examination by the defense has completed and the prosecution are conducting their re-direct??

Cross-examination must have been effective if he was to complete it in an hour, even more so if the prosecution requested to have a re-direct

All DD said (or lack thereof) is that alot of questions Mez was asking Jason, he (Jason) kept saying "it was too long ago, I can't remember everything". One thing that Jason did say was Michael told him for every "A" he got in school, he'd give him money. But he (Jason) said that he only got "A's" in P.E. (physical education). Says Mez kept going back to his podium, then come back to Jason with a question (Jason was figety and making "drum-like noises/motions" on the stand, as if to say with his body movements, " Come on, if I don't remember, I don't remember". At one point Melville stopped Mez and told him to give times, dates etc. with what his questions pertained too. Mez proceeded with his next question, and Melvilled stopped Mez, then motioned for boths sides to come before him.

Well, it looks as if Mesereau didn't tear him apart that bad. >_>

Well to be honest, if we have to depend on Dimond for the information, she has a very long history of intentionally leaving out very important aspects of people's testimony that favor the defense. So I'll just wait until someone else reports about it or until (if) we get the transcripts.

Jackson Witness Initially Denied Charge

By TIM MOLLOY, Associated Press Writer

SANTA MARIA, Calif. - A man who testified he was molested by Michael Jackson more than a decade ago acknowledged under cross-examination Tuesday that he initially denied to investigators that the singer touched him.

Jackson attorney Thomas Mesereau Jr. suggested in his questioning of the 24-year-old man that sheriff's investigators bullied him into making accusations against the pop star.

The witness, the son of a former Jackson housekeeper, was called to the stand by prosecutors on Monday in an effort to show that Jackson has a pattern of abusing boys, which would support allegations by a teenage boy who has accused Jackson of molesting him at his Neverland ranch in 2003.

Under cross-examination, the housekeeper's son acknowledged that in his first interview with sheriff's investigators in 1993 he said Jackson did not molest him.

Mesereau asked if the investigators then became aggressive, calling Jackson a "molester" and cursing at one point, but the witness said he did not remember details of the interview.

The witness also testified he could not remember the exact details of interviews with investigators and prosecutors in 1993, 1994 and October and November 2004.

"It's all kind of bleeding together," he said.

On Monday, the witness described Jackson touching his crotch area twice over his clothes and once touching his genitals under his clothes during tickling games that occurred when he was between the ages 7 and 10. He said two incidents occurred at Jackson's Los Angeles-area condominium and one occurred at Neverland.

"He was tickling me. I was wearing shorts again. ... He reached on my leg and I'm still laughing and he reached up to my – privates," the witness said, describing the third alleged incident.

He said Jackson gave him $100 after each of the first two incidents, but nothing after the third one.

The young man ultimately received a $2.4 million civil settlement from Jackson but no criminal case was ever filed. Under rules set by the judge before his testimony, the young man was allowed to say he received a settlement but the jury was not told of the amount.

Jackson is charged with molesting a 13-year-old boy in February or March 2003, giving him wine and conspiring to hold the boy's family captive to get them to make a video rebutting a TV documentary in which Jackson appeared with the boy and said he allowed children to sleep in his bed, although he characterized it as non-sexual.

The witness said Monday that he never talked about the incidents with anyone until 1993, when investigators came to him after another boy made allegations against Jackson in a civil case. The other boy also received a multimillion-dollar settlement.

Mesereau sought to show that the witness' mother had a financial interest in his story, asking if she had received $20,000 to appear on "Hard Copy" and had met with someone from The National Enquirer.

The witness said he learned of the payment just days ago, but saw the "Hard Copy" show when it aired years ago. He said he was unaware of a meeting with the Enquirer.

Malloy usually puts up good articles, he had basically the same information.

I'm not spazing out, but I guess I'll have to say that this was not good at all. The jury is going to be thinking 'what is this man's motive now?'. That added with all this God talk.

Not good.

I think someone made him believe he was molested. Either that or he's trying cover his mothers ass.

well someone has a case of selective memory. I'll have to read this cross. Looks like nothing defense worthy came out except that he initially denied the charges. Usually Tim Molloy does a good job reporting huge scores for the defense :/

Jason is off the stand, next was his lawyers, and i think afterthat his mom.

I agree. We'll have to wait to see where Mez goes with this. and then of course is the defense case, with all these mini trials.
