Is that good or bad?? What about gavin coming back and all those people that were called back!! I need to know.

The video spoke for itself, gavin was emotionless and he was inconsistant with the timeline therefore the Defense felt the tape spoke for itself, Gavin put his own foot in his mouth, a liar.

Is court oversince there isn't going to be any more evidence admitted???
Oh but wait......the prosecution still isn't done with thier rebuttal are they??? They won't be done until tuesday right???

Sis. If the defense has said they rest without rebuttal, tte prosecution has already rested. They (DA) showed the tape then closed. The defense then just said....'Defense Rest!

- Both the prosecution and the defense officially rested
- it was a Huge surprise to everyone
- the prosecution ended their rebuttle by the video
- Gavin graphically described the molestation in this video
- the prosecution stood up and announced that they rest their case and a few moments later the defense stood up and rested aswell
- Gavin did show up and his mother at court today
- when the day started it looked like the trial was going to take long
- the judge may limit the closing arguments
- the verdict could come next week
- the important part was the judge wanted the jury to see the video to evaluate Gavin's behavior and he appeared very different that how he was on the witness stand
- he looked down alot and mumbled alot
- when they asked him to talk about it it took time and they had to drag it out of him
- the reporter thinks that the defense didn't feel it was important and it was the same story he gave on the stand, and they think that it proves he was scripted

- he said one of the last convos he had with a member of the defense team was early this morning and they told him that they will call the boy and his mother

- to see if they can get him back

- he didn't believe that they will call Gavin back on the stand because they wouldn't want him to be the last one the jury hears from
- he thought it was a good bluff from the defense and maybe it will cause the judge to limit his ruling and it worked

- it could've restored the boy's credibility

- the jury wasn't impressed by the video, they weren't focused ... they were looking around ..like they were saying "yeah we know already"
- it was a powerful move from the defense
- she says the prosecution in the closing arguments should go back to the big picture and remind them why they are here, this family is not the one on trial, MJ is
- they should build it back, and for the first time add up all the evidense and put it all together
