*Court TV Update*

- LeGrande is STILL on the stand in cross-examination by that "Auch" DA.

- "Auch" dude is asking LeGrande did he distroy any documents during the time where he said in emails that he was cleaning up documents. And LeGrande answered NO.

- LeGrande also said that Bashir was the demon behind all this. Not Michael's videographer.

- LeGrande stated that he called Vinnie late one night and said that the Arvisos still didn't sign the release forms for the rebuttal video. He then sent them again numerous times and still didn't recieve them back.

- Says that LeGrande had a FORGED documents with Janet's signature on it and it along with other incriminating documents were distroyed.

- Says that the DA got a hold of these documents, and they don't know how.

It's official...the prosecution is stalling, to keep Geragos off the stand until Monday!!! They think that people are so stupid!!

Says there was a OFFSHORE BANK ACCOUNT IN THE CARRIBEAN that Sony and John Brinka (sp?) was putting money in. LeGrande entervened and said.." Now wait a minute, John Brinka (sp?) is a very good attorney and there was NO evidence that he was involved in this incident".

So, what the hell does this have to do with anything?

Like I said, the prosecution is STALLING!!!!!

Maybe not. Maybe they're just asking stupid questions! :D
My guess is more that, just like they piled up the charges and "evidence" hoping that some will be allowed, they are asking him tons of questions hoping that he'll give them clues that they can use against him.
