Nancy Grace is appauling at best a total Disgrace! What is her problem?????? She will defend Jack The rRpper if he was one of the prosecutions witness. She's in denial. Her commets, her teeth gritting and snide always one sided remarks are embarrassing and just plain foolish.

Oh yes, silly Nancy Grace famous cop out! Also the "This is just like Jane Does' trail or John Does' trial." ENOUGH! This is not like some other trail. Janet is being exposed a fraud and it's killing the prosecution pundits. Nancy be that supportive about those jumping on the bandwagon saying Jackson is guilty! Practice what you spew!

Sorry to sound dumb but who's Nancy Grace? A TV reporter?

"Reporter" is being quite generous. But for the point of your question, yes she is supposed to be.

I'm so tired of all of these CourtTV(the main culprit) whenches. It's the new thing in tv news in america. Put a pretty face on tv then try to make her the toughest b*tch on the block. Unfortunately for the rest of us, they usually just end up looking dumb. :screaming

HotMJ she sure is! Playing crazy! Only this sneaky con artist is a great actress at foolin' the fools! What's with the theatrics? What is Really going on here? I mean you have these So called witnessess who claim they saw so much, never reported, stoled, lied and cheated to sell stories only to tabloids, was found guilty of pure malice, vindictive behavior. AS you surf the news you see them being quoted by all sorts of rediculous pundits from out of the wood work..... as being great witness for the prosecution?????? Good grief!

You then have those lying children who were caught drinking, cursing, bragging, treatening staff and then you have an EX- blackmailing maid and her crazy son who also were found guilty of malice and sued. This is suppose to be a trail to find the truth??? The prosecution should be ASHAMED!

Oh, hon, you're lucky to be spared of that crazy bitch's gung-ho, pro-prosecution insanity.. :uh_uh:

Seriously, though, Nancy Grace is a TV reporter off of Court TV and now, Headline News Prime. She covers all the major cases of the day (Michael's especially included) and is biased as ALL hell against Michael and most every defendant there is. It's as if it's not even anything personal against Michael, really..she is just ultra pro-prosecution in general because her boyfriend was shot or something in like 1979. Sad, yes, but still...reporters should not be allowed to get away with some of the biased, hateful shit she's pulled. And they shut Geraldo up? Damn what a double standard... :thumbsdow

*steps off soapbox* :D

Anyhow, hopefully that answered your question...:)

Fiery Testimony in MJ Trial

SANTA MARIA, Calif. (AP) - – The mother of Michael Jackson's accuser lashed out at the pop star from the witness stand Monday, declaring that Jackson "really didn't care about children, he cared about what he was doing with children."

The woman resisted answering questions by defense attorney Thomas Mesereau Jr. and began her fourth day on the witness stand by making speeches to the jury.

She looked at Jackson across the courtroom and said: "He managed to fool the world. Now, because of this criminal case, people know who he really is."

Jackson is accused of molesting one of the woman's sons - a teenage cancer patient - in February or March 2003, giving the boy alcohol and conspiring to hold the boy's family captive to get them to rebut a TV documentary about the singer.

During another combative day on the stand, the woman denied repeatedly that Jackson or anyone associated with him had tried to help her and her family when her son was stricken with cancer.

Asked whether Jackson arranged a blood drive at his Neverland ranch, she said, "I was responsible for that."

She then launched into an explanation about how the hospital would provide a bloodmobile anywhere she could arrange such an event.

"And Mr. Jackson allowed you to use the ranch for the blood drive?" asked Mesereau.

"Yes, this is correct," the woman said. But she added, "He wasn't the only one. Many church groups gathered."

Mesereau also elicited testimony that the woman received checks for $20,000 and deposited them in her mother's bank account. But she said she could not remember how any of the money had been used for her son.

She also said she opened a bank account in which people could deposit money for her son's benefit.

"Did you withdraw thousands of dollars from that account?" Mesereau asked.

"Yes," said the woman.

"And was any of that money for medical expenses?" the attorney asked.

"No," she said.

She denied that she misled a reporter for a local newspaper into writing a story saying the family was poverty-stricken and was paying $12,000 for each chemotherapy treatment the boy received. The story included address to send contributions. She said that the $12,000 figure was a typographical error and that she meant $1,200.

But she acknowledged ultimately that the family was paying for nothing because the father's health insurance covered the boy's treatment.

Mesereau led her through questions and answers involving her relationship with comedian Chris Tucker and his girlfriend Aja, and she denied that the family solicited help, money or any other gifts from Tucker.

She acknowledged that Tucker once gave the family a car, but she said she never asked him to do that and asserted that he only did it because he had gotten his girlfriend a car and needed to make room for it.

Mesereau pressed her on whether she made any attempts to get help during the family's alleged period of captivity.

"Did you complain to anyone in the building that crimes were being committed against you and your family?" Mesereau asked. "No, but I am now," she said.

Mesereau also noted that the woman was able to telephone comedian Louise Palanker during the alleged captivity.

"If you could call (Palanker), why couldn't you call police?" Mesereau said.

"I couldn't. I was hoping she could," the woman responded. Mesereau then asked, "You didn't call 911?"

"I have now," the woman said.

Stop the f*cking madness. This woman has some major issues. At this point, NO one believes her, no matter WHAT she says, she's too out there!

She was the one who organized a blood drive @ Neverland, WTF?

I think Mes is just getting her ass on record for various sticking points. Other than that, she's so far gone.

Give it up, Lady! You've been caught! The jury ain't gonna believe shit you say. I think Mez is getting her to say these things so when the defense presents their case, he'll have witnesses to go against what she is saying. She organized the blood drive at Neverland? What the hell? She's a ****ing looney!
